We take your existing plans and work with you to create a tailored solution to develop and refine the remaining details of your project. With the Supplemental Design Package, we help walk you through the steps to develop your Architect-provided permit set into a complete bid set. This allows you to receive a detailed executable contract from MCG and other general contractors. Once your plans have been fully developed, you can compare apples-to-apples with the bids you receive, confident that your selected materials and design elements are included.
