If you have plans from a 3rd-party Architect or Architectural firm, you may have a path forward with MCG. Because we operate as a design-build firm, rather than a GC with a bid department, we require involvement during the design refinement and permitting phases before providing a construction bid.
Through our Supplemental Design Package, we bridge the gap between your architect’s permit drawings and a complete bid set. We’ll take your existing plans and work with you to create a tailored solution to develop and refine the remaining project details. This allows you to receive a detailed, executable contract from MCG as well as general contractors. Once your plans are fully developed, you can compare bids apples-to-apples, confident that your selected materials and design elements are included. Our team will host all your completed documentation on our online portal. The deliverables from your Supplemental Design Package are your property and will remain hosted even if you choose another firm for your construction.

**If MCG obtains your building permit, it can be transferred to another company upon request. Some jurisdictions charge a nominal fee to make this transfer.
***MCG cannot make edits to plans developed by a licensed Architect.
