The property is measured by a trained architectural designer, resulting in complete existing conditions drawings of your property. Discuss the potential scope of work with an architectural designer, who will compile a few schematic drawings of renovation options for your property. After completion, Digital and hard-copy drawings of existing conditions, renovation plans, 3D views, and rough cost estimates of each renovation idea will be provided.
Drawings will be emailed via pdf in 11×17 format.
