The property is measured by a trained architectural designer resulting in complete existing conditions drawings of your property. Discuss the potential scope of work with the architectural designer, who will compile a few schematic drawings of renovation options for your property. Digital and hard-copy drawings of existing conditions, renovation plans, 3D views, and rough cost estimates of each renovation idea provided upon completion.
Maximum 2500 SQFT, including any additions. Additional square footage will incur an additional charge. Drawings will be emailed via pdf in 11×17 format.
