The property is measured by a trained architectural designer, resulting in complete existing conditions drawings of your property. Discuss the potential scope of work with an architectural designer who will compile up to 3 schematic drawings of renovation options for your property. After completion, Digital and hard-copy drawings of existing conditions, renovation plans, 3D views, and rough cost estimates of each renovation idea will be provided. Additional Schematics and/or pricing breakdowns may be available at an additional charge.
Limit 1000 SQFT. After receiving the final payment, drawings will be emailed via PDF in 11×17 format.
