Includes on-site architectural consultation, as-built drawings with a renovation schematic, and completed HUD/bank forms (example available HERE).

Complete bank-required documentation as needed, and assign a staff accountant to work with your bank.

The property is measured by a trained architectural designer, resulting in complete existing conditions drawings of your property. Discuss the potential scope of work with an architectural designer who will compile a  schematic drawing of the renovation for your property. Digital and hard-copy drawings of existing conditions, renovation plans, 3D views, and rough cost estimate for renovation will be provided upon completion: typical turnaround – measure within one week of deposit and drawings completed within two weeks of measurement.
