Project Timeline: 110 Days

Scope: This project was an in-house Moore Construction Group build. We acquired this waterfront property based on a referral from a local Realtor, and will be placing it back on the market in the beginning of March, 2019. This project included a full gut down to the exterior walls of the existing structure, total reconfiguration, a master suite addition above the garage, and large rear addition with 2nd story terrace.

  • In-house Architectural Design and permitting
  • Gut demolition of interior, fixtures, finishes,
  • Framing, and rear solarium
  • Framing of entirely new layout
  • Construction of rear addition and terrace
  • Construction of front addition for master suite
  • All new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • 4 new full bathrooms and one powder room
  • Large open concept kitchen
  • Large full-service wet bar
  • New roofing and siding throughout

  • Permitting, design, and construction of 185’ dock
  • Sub panel for yacht 50AMP power
  • High-pressure water to the front and end of the dock
  • Waterproof LED lighting from end to end of the dock
