Project Timeline: 110 Days
Scope: This project was an in-house Moore Construction Group build. We acquired this waterfront property based on a referral from a local Realtor, and will be placing it back on the market in the beginning of March, 2019. This project included a full gut down to the exterior walls of the existing structure, total reconfiguration, a master suite addition above the garage, and large rear addition with 2nd story terrace.
