Work Done:

Coordination of all permitting requirements Demolition of failing 2 car garage Leveling of basement and main level flooring system Framing throughout to accommodate new design and layout, reframing to maximize the height of the ceilings in the bedrooms by vaulting the ceilings to include a small addition to enclose the front of the original porch All new HVAC, plumbing and electrical to include upgrading the electrical service panel New porch, columns, siding and deck New structural retaining walls with steps and lead walk New 2 car parking pad
