Join us as Nate Moore, CEO of Moore Construction Group, presents “Learn All About Remodeling”, a DPOR approved class which educates atendees on the ins and outs of remodeling in the DMV. 

This class offers continuing education credit for Real Estate Sales people.  Although the class is free, there will be a $10 charge to receive CE credit.  We look forward to seeing you there! 

Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to provide homeowners and real estate professionals with the background needed to properly advise their clients on remodeling work and contractor selection for the properties they are looking to list or purchase. Upon completing the course, real estate professionals will be able to advise their clients on the risks of purchasing homes with unpermitted work, as well as identify opportunity for their listings to net their clients the highest return.

The course will also increase the protection of the general public by providing the real estate salesperson/broker with knowledge they can use to the benefit (and education) of any clients who are considering buying or selling a home.
