Scope: This project was a complete gut with new top-story addition and rear deck.  We installed all new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, completely re-designed the space, and added a full bathroom.

Project Timeline: 75 Days

Scope: This project was brought to us by our customer with consideration of tearing down the structure all together.  Once onsite discussing budget and timeline, after searching out the help of our Structural Engineer and on staff Architectural Design team; Moore Construction Group was tasked with this extensive renovation which included the following highlights.

  • Coordination of all permitting requirements
  • Demolition of failing 2 car garage
  • Leveling of basement and main level flooring system
  • Framing throughout to accommodate new design and layout, reframing to maximize the height of the ceilings in the bedrooms by vaulting the ceilings to include a small addition to enclose the front of the original porch
  • All new HVAC, plumbing and electrical to include upgrading the electrical service panel
  • New porch, columns, siding and deck
  • New structural retaining walls with steps and lead walk
  • New 2 car parking pad
